James + Brittany

October its one of my favorite months for many reasons but getting to utilize and highlight the changing foliage in this rustic sunflower wedding was a special fall treat. James and Brittany definitely wanted to mirror the fall foliage with their color palette. To accomplish this I used a lot of maple foliage and the last of the burgundy Evening Sun Sunflowers I had been growing. This with scattered Mums and Pumpkins from the garden really added a homegrown touch to this fall farm wedding. My absolute favorite aspect of this wedding was the centerpieces. The arrangements were made on these tall table stands to not disrupt conversation and ended up being a huge conversation started for those sitting at the table! These stands were a first for me and I’m so glad Brittany had this vision and we were able to make something truly unique and the talk of every table. I loved this interesting table centerpiece paired with lanterns scattering the event space it made for a very cozy fall feel.
