Angela + Daniel

The “vibe” of this wedding was wild, free flowing, neutrals with pops of color that accentuated the changing colors of the season. With this in mind, I started with a neutral base when designing. Meaning I started with dried materials, heavy greenery, and pampas grass. After that the fun began. I was able to play with so many colors, textures, dried, and fresh stems which are not your typical wedding florals. The wild feel mixed with the pops of color that Angela envisioned was executed perfectly in her bouquet. My favorite part of her bouquet was the falling preserved Amaranthus and Bittersweet berry. This added such movement to a piece that is usually very structured. I love Angela’s vision for having a fall wedding with deeper tones mixed with soft neutrals. Personally, I thought her color palette and desire to add wild textures was really fitting to the beautiful late September landscape that Sunflower Hill Farm provides.

“Whenever anyone asks who is doing the florals, I always respond with Ohhh she is a vibe in the best possible way!” - Angela
