Zach + Annie

I love it when the greenery is used purposefully and I think this wedding is the prime example of that. I love the colors, the roses, the soft femininity of it all but to me the asparagus grass really stands out in all of the arrangements. The farm has a few rows of asparagus that I get to chop from when it goes to seed. It makes such a fun foliage I'm obsessed. I also used garlic scapes which are the blooms of garlic before the fully open. Using the asparagus and garlic scapes intentionally to draw attention to the “filler” of each arrangement is what I am most proud of.

During Zach and Annie’s cocktail hour I ran a bouquet bar. I might be bias but I can’t think of a better wedding favor than a bouquet of flowers. This never fails to bring a smile to the faces of all your friends and family members. I got to use a lot of flowers and foliage from around the property that fit this weddings color scheme.

congratulations Zach and Annie and sweet pup Penelope <3
